Prenatal & Postpartum Support

Individual and group therapy for pregnant and postpartum women to help prepare for the sacred process of welcoming a new life into the world. Focus can include mindfulness exercises to reduce anxiety, holistic self-care, managing anxiety, confronting postpartum depression, and family transitions.

Individual and family therapy is also available to partners, adoptive parents, couples trying to conceive, those dealing with infertility and loss.
